RightTrack™ makes this easy. Through its hierarchy system, RightTrack™ lets you organize all your employees based on where they fit in your organization. You can organize them by building, job description, or anything else you can think of. Then, you can assign the trainings to employees based on where they fall in the organization.

RightTrack™ can integrate with your existing setup so you can leverage what you already have. With our Single Sign On technology, users who are already connected to your network will be automatically logged into the RightTrack™ system where they will see an experience that resembles your company and even sits on your own domain name.
Evaluate the Experience
When you offer a training to your employees, you need to gauge how well the training applies to what they are doing. The RightTrack™ system allows you to offer your trainees a custom evaluation at the end of a training that lets them answer questions about the training experience. With this information, you can determine how best to modify your trainings to suit your employees' needs.
Question Pools
If you provide the same trainings year over year, people can become bored answering the same questions each time. Now, RightTrack™ lets you create question pools. This allows you to create dozens of questions and pull different questions out of the pool each year. This keeps the training fresh and prevents your trainees from simply memorizing the answers.
Certifications
Some trainings are more than just simple completions. Sometimes, a training may consist of various trainings that need to be taken in order with tests in the middle that must be passed. With our new Certification system, you can use RightTrack™ to provide these complicated training scenarios. You can specify a series of trainings that a user must complete, provide tests throughout the process, and ensure that the trainee has mastered the topics covered.
Multi-Lingual Trainings
For large organizations, different employees speak many different languages. RightTrack™ now provides a means for the user to specify the language they prefer for their trainings. This allows users to take the same training, presented in virtually any language. Best of all, the different languages are still the same training. So when you run your reports, it doesn’t matter whether the trainee took the training in English or Chinese, it will be displayed as the same course.
